My sister in law really hurt me. I used to reach out to her constantly to say hi and check in but after she made insensitive comments, I stopped reaching out. When I heard about Charlotte and the fact that the Herzbergs were able to accept this as Hashem’s will and not have any hate, I knew I needed to reach out to my sister-in-law. I fully forgave her in my heart and knew that Hashem just sent her as a shaliach and she didn’t mean to hurt me. I texted her to say hi and schmoozed.
